• This programme has been devised as a supplement to the current course in Microbiology (taught as part of Human Biology III). The purpose is to provide additional clinical context to the basic scientific content of the course.

• The links below provide clinical cases for each of the lectures that you will attend during the course. The cases are followed by a few thought questions that serve to connect what you learn about the microbiology of the pathogens in each lecture with the clinical manifestations or management of the disease or diseases that they cause.
