In consideration of the credit to me given below, I hereby give permission to the Regents of the 
University of Michigan and its Business School (collectively the "University") to disseminate 
working papers, reports, case studies, etc., that I create and submit to the University and/or 
its Institutes for dissemination.  The University may so disseminate this material in whole or 
in part, individually or as part of a compilation, in hardcopy or electronic means, in any language, 
worldwide, perpetually, as part of its research and educational missions, without royalty or 
compensation to me.  This permission is granted on a non-exclusive basis, and I retain copyright 
to these materials.  When the School disseminates the paper in whole or in part, individually or 
as part of a compilation, in hard copy or by electronic means, it will ensure that my and 
any co-author(s) name(s) are clearly indicated.  I have the authority to grant permission for 
any co-author.
