Each external candidate participating in the Northeast Regional Board Clinical Examination at this site is assessed a $75 facility fee ($50 for Dental Hygiene). In addition to the facility fee, all external candidates who plan to use School of Dentistry instruments will be required to complete a contract for loaned instruments and provide a $500 security deposit.
Candidates will not be allowed to start the examination until the facility fee has been paid.
Payment of the facility fee and security deposit should be made at least 3 days prior to the exam. This can be done in person or over the telephone by dialing (734) 764-1551. Facility fee payments are made at Dental Stores located in the basement of the Dental School. Payment can be made with cash, certified cashier's check or money order, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Personal checks and foreign currency are not accepted.
