| Your first appointment will be an evaluation examination by a staff dentist in Patient Admitting and Emergency Services to determine your dental needs and whether the School can meet those needs.
If you are accepted as a patient, appropriate X-rays will be taken and a complete dental examination scheduled.
For your initial visit, plan to allow a minimum of three hours.
On this first visit you must bring:
- Cash, checkbook, or major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
- Current dental insurance card or Medicaid card.
- Information for billing – Social Security number, date of birth, employer, group number.
- Photo I.D.
