Dr. Golnick received his undergraduate education at Michigan State University and his dental education from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He received his specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Michigan and was a Mott Fellow at Hurley Medical Center in Flint. He is currently finishing his Master of Science in Oral Biology at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Golnick has been a member of the Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics Department at the University of Michigan since 1998, serving as a part-time clinical instructor. He maintains a private practice in Pediatric Dentistry in Taylor and Farmington Hills and is an active staff member of the Department of EENT at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn.
