A native of Ohio, Dr. Chris Roberts received his Bachelor and dental degrees from the Ohio State University. He completed a General Dentistry Residency Program and later his orthodontic training at the Eastman Dental Center, and his Master of Science degree at the University of Rochester in New York.

Dr. Roberts practices in Findlay, Ohio, where he lives with his wife and two children. His interests outside of his family and orthodontics include reading and running marathons, having completed several Boston marathons.

Despite his commitment to teaching at the University of Michigan, Dr. Roberts remains a Buckeye. When questioned by his Ohio friends about giving to Ann Arbor, he states that it's basically like doing missionary work.
