Dr. Behnan is in the private practice of orthodontics in Clinton Township, Michigan. He received a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University and then completed the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1976. In 1979, he received a Master of Science in Orthodontics from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.

Dr. Behnan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Macomb Dental Society, and the Detroit District Dental Society. He teaches in the Graduate Orthodontic Clinic on Tuesday afternoons.
