The
Medical School recognizes the value of an active faculty participating
in intellectual activities outside of the obligations to research,
teaching and scholarly activities at the University. However,
each faculty member is also obligated to ensure that outside
employment activities meet all of the standards set by the University
and the School, and that they faithfully comply with State and
Federal guidelines. Refer
