IRB Health and IRB Behavioral Sciences Create Online Application
IRB Health and IRB Behavioral Sciences now require the use of a new web-based application form for new submissions and for continuing review. Please note that this new process does not impact submissions to IRBMED; their process remains unchanged. The new application format is intended to streamline the protocol review and approval process and facilitate on-going research compliance.

The application (IRBwebapp) is accessible from the main IRB web site and is available only in Microsoft Internet Explorer, Version 5 or higher. It is supported in both Mac and PC environments. The first step in using the application is to log on using your kerberos password and create a personal profile. Investigators are encouraged to begin creating their profiles as soon as possible. If you have questions, please contact Judy Birk via phone (615-4761) or e-mail.
