Senators Corzine and Lautenberg will be offering the following amendment to S.732, SAFETEA to protect states’ rights to prevent corruption in the awarding of transportation contracts.  This issue is

 

commonly known as “Pay-to-Play” and is very important in New Jersey.  A Dear Colleague, copy of amendment and letters of support from public interest groups are attached.
